AzoresFlowersHow it works

Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy flowers through azoresflowers.com. The seller is BBM ENI (Empresário em Nome Individual (ENI)), trading as AzoresFlowers, with registered address at unOffice, Av. Dom João III 33 S1, 9500-789 Ponta Delgada, Açores, Portugal.

What you are buying

A hand-tied bouquet in one of three sizes, delivered on a date you choose within our delivery area. Optional add-ons (teddy bear, printed card) are listed at checkout. Prices include delivery within Ponta Delgada, Lagoa and Ribeira Grande.

Bouquets are made from whatever is freshest at the florist on the morning of delivery. We do not guarantee specific stems or colours — the size and overall look match the description on the site.

Payment

Payment is taken through Stripe before the order is confirmed, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal (the options shown depend on your device and country). Your statement shows AZORESFLOWERS. An order is not confirmed until payment succeeds.

Delivery

Delivery dates exclude Sundays and public holidays in the Azores. If nobody is home, we will attempt contact using the phone number you provide and follow up by email. If you asked for one, a photograph from the doorstep is sent when delivery succeeds.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel before the morning of delivery for a full refund. After flowers are purchased on the delivery day, cancellation may not be possible. Contact info@azoresflowers.com and we will respond the same day.

Right of withdrawal: bouquets are made of fresh flowers, which deteriorate rapidly, and are made to order for a date you choose. Under Article 17(1)(c) and (d) of Decree-Law 24/2014 (implementing Article 16(c) and (d) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply to them. This does not affect the cancellation terms above or your rights if an order is not delivered or does not match what you bought.

Invoices

A Portuguese tax invoice (fatura) is issued for every paid order, as required by law, and sent by email to the address you provide at checkout. The receipt emailed at payment is not the tax invoice. If you need a tax number (NIF/VAT) on the invoice, reply to that email.
