We're away until 2 November — order now for delivery from then.

AzoresFlowersHow it works

Privacy

This notice explains how BBM ENI, trading as AzoresFlowers ("we", "us"), processes personal data when you use azoresflowers.com. We are the data controller. Contact: info@azoresflowers.com.

What we collect

  • When you order: your email, the recipient's name, phone number and address, the delivery date, your card payment (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers), and any message you ask us to print on a card.
  • When we deliver: if you opt in, a photograph of the bouquet at the recipient's doorstep. GPS data from phone photos is removed before storage.
  • When you opt in: your email and the occasion date, so we can remind you next year.
  • When a parish is not yet covered: your email and the parish name, to notify you when delivery opens there.

Why we process it

To fulfil your order, deliver flowers, send confirmation and delivery emails, issue tax invoices, and — only if you opt in — send an annual occasion reminder. Recipient data is processed on your instruction as the buyer; we do not ask the recipient for consent.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data, including recipient contact details, is kept for the period required by Portuguese tax law. Delivery photographs are kept until you ask us to delete them: email info@azoresflowers.com and we delete the photograph of your delivery. Occasion-reminder data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Delivery photos on our gallery

Only if you tick the optional box at checkout, we may feature the photograph of your delivery on a public gallery on this site. When we do, it is shown without any name, address, or card message, and we curate each one by hand — we never publish automatically. You can ask us to remove a featured photo at any time and we take it down promptly. Leaving the box unticked is the default and means no photo of your order is ever published.

Who we share it with

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Portuguese Tax Authority (AT) — invoice data, as required by tax law
  • Google — website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies (see below)

We do not sell your data or use advertising trackers.

Cookies and analytics

  • Strictly necessary: a first-party cookie (af-draft) remembers your in-progress order for up to 48 hours, and one (af-consent) remembers your analytics choice. These do not track you and need no consent.
  • Analytics and ad measurement (optional): Google Analytics helps us see how the site is used, and tells Google Ads when a visit that came from one of our ads ends in an order (order reference and amount only — never your name, email or the recipient). It is not loaded unless you tap Accept in the banner; only then does it run and set its own cookies. We do not use advertising cookies to follow you around other sites. Tap Decline and nothing from Google loads.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing the af-consent cookie (or your site data) in your browser, which brings the banner back. We rely on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics; declining has no effect on your order.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, or complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD). Email info@azoresflowers.com and we will respond within one month.
